Clients are sometimes unsure of what they need or, if small and starting out, can be constrained by budget.

The aim is to provide a broad range of services which reflect your needs and is affordable.

Perhaps it's basic consulting eg. discussion and ideas development (working out short, medium and long term practice goals) or perhaps full review of current operations against compliance checklists and best practice criteria or business planning and execution or financial reporting and planning. Perhaps it’s around people management and HR matters to improve performance and productivity or build culture.

Perhaps you’re just starting out and don’t know how to go from flying solo to hiring and running a small practice?

Or maybe you have something else in mind? Need help?

Clients are guided throughout the consultation process and provided a range of key areas of assistance to help identify and define requirements.

Once an initial free scoping session is undertaken a return brief is prepared and a cost estimate provided. To suit different needs consulting can be on an hourly, half day or full day rate - worked remotely or in your office.

For ongoing practice management or HR support a retainer arrangement might suit better.

For a suite of practice policies and procedures and employment agreement review a package cost can be agreed.

For special projects with particular deliverables (eg. training presentation, running performance reviews, processes and compliance implementation, etc) a lump sum cost can be provided.
